 Establish a Management Operating System MOS that has typical Key Performance Indicators KPI’s (On-time
Delivery, Scrap rate & Rework, Quality of the received & sent Products, Cycle time…).
 Ensure Good Receiving of the Raw Materials from Suppliers (ingredients, processing aids, and packaging
materials) & the same for our products to meet both of regulatory & FMCG Industry requirements (safe and legal
for the intended use) through agreed system with Suppliers & Customers.
 Maintain Certificate of Analysis COA system (Receiving & Sending) to ensure the product information (Identity,
Type, Identification Method, Physical Property and Chemical Assay & Method).
 Handle all Laboratory test methods to release the finished products then create the related COA’s which will be
sent to the customers.
 Maintain the Overage Report System to ensure achieving FIFO principle for our Raw Materials & Finish products.
 Handle None Conforming Material Reports NCMR’s for the defected products.
 Maintain the Training System for all Company activities (Product related, Processes & Safety) to ensure
maintaining the Quality Management System.
 Ensure that all changes are Evaluated then Validated for impact on Process Operation, Safety, Health &
Environmental through MOC system (Management of Change).

• Coordinate for the Purchasing activities to closely track progress and generate status reports including Purchasing & Expediting plans.
• Responsible for procurement of direct and indirect materials required for the successful completion of the assigned project Development and maintenance of project procurement plans.

• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly documentation and reporting showing brake disc plant different functions performance, supplier evaluation & customer satisfaction.
• Approve new process designs and new production line machinery and equipment.
• Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality by directing objectives and monitoring the performance to thereby maximize profitability.
• Establish procedures, work instructions and formats to standardize work processes.
• Lead preventive and corrective action plans and ensure its effectiveness.
• Issue production line Control Plans and FMEA (Failure Modes & Effect Analysis).

• Solve operational and measuring equipment problems.
• Issue brake discs and axle defect claim reports to suppliers after inspecting and segregating defected parts.
• Collect statistical needed data for process analysis in brake disc and axle production lines.
• Perform MSA for quality tools and equipment.
• Perform capability studies (Cp and Cpk) according to customer standards.
• Ensure usage of adequate Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and analysis.

• Make the networks of the internal - external sewage and internal - external
service pipes of the site.
• Make the comparisons between the suppliers (subcontractors, plumbers ) from the Technical and Commercial sides.
• Make the design of the inspection chambers, manholes, pipes extension,
valves, insulation materials etc.
• Inspect and ensure the above works from the suppliers.

•Maintain the battalion electric generators (processing and maintenance).
•Take management decisions which were sometimes needed to be fast and strong decisions (a lot of tasks in short times).
