Develop and plan sales and marketing policies in collaboration with senior management.
Setting objectives of selling and developing strategies that achieve these objectives.
Establish a database of markets and competitors.
Develop promotion plans, advertising and sales campaigns in coordination with senior
Management.
To increase market share by increasing sales volume.
Search for new customers and connect with them and maintain strong relationships with them.
Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors.
Identify the sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers.
Follow-up of competitors’ and strategies.
Provide periodic reports on the achievements and problems of marketing and sales of senior
Management.
Oversee and direct the efforts of the salesmen.

Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
