• Implement day to day Station operation
• Ensure that station staff are motivated in their line of task, provide advise and feedback in their performance
• Ensure that Station is ready operate in normal, degraded and Emergency mode of operation

• Provide information to Competency Manager when needed.
• Produce the calendar of training for station staff
• Conduct class room and practical training of different station equipments
• Ensure that all staffe understand their safety responsibilities in different mode of operation

• Ensure that station has enough allocation of tickets and floats in daily operation
• Review and provide feedback regard station operation procedure to station operation manager

• providing assistance during planned or emergency evacuation of passengers as and when necessary
• controlling and mitigating overcrowding in station and platforms to ensure that passenger flow is managed in an orderly manner
• delivering essential messages to passengers via audio or visual means in a timely, clear and proactive manner
• monitoring and controlling the direction of the fare gates to facilitate the flow of passengers, and in the event of an emergency situation

• assisting the handling of cash collections from TVM
