To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
To Conduct Inspection of all Quality Control checking of Laying of E.L.V, L.V, and respective testing of cables.
To conduct Inspection of DB, SMDB, MDB & Transformers in Electrical rooms as per the regulation of ADDC requirements.
To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
To attend all electrical inspection with consultant representatives.
To prepare RFIA, ITR & WIR as per consultant remarks.
To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
Prepare daily QA/QC work report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.
Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions.
Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
Ensure that all equipment’s used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, QA/QC Electrical Engineer project engineers.
Preparation of Quality related documents as per client’s requirement such as Quality control plan, ITP, Method statement and related work instructions and liaison with the client for the approvals.
Responsible for incoming materials Inspection with respect to approved Specification, Data sheets, Material Approval and quality plan.
