Responsibilities:
• Heading the HR Function for one of the Biggest Regions in the country

Recruitment:

Employee Relations / Engagement:
• Conducting employee engagement programs like Birth day Celebrations, LY fun, Festive Celebrations, Quiz competitions, Town-hall, Open house sessions
• Launched “Spandana” - News letter, recognizing the performers and Highlights from the Region and the same has been replicated across the country
• Promoted “Cultural Ambassador Program” by which AP Region bagged 11 Awards (5 Chairman / 6 CEO) for the year 2009
• First Region to complete the ESAT Survey with 92% participation which is the highest PAN India
• Tracking of G4 / G5 employees on a regular basis and 43 off 105 have been turn around and retained in the system
• Driven the Founder’s day celebrations differently in the Region and announced Top 3 “Best Engaged Offices” by giving them the Certificate of Appreciation duly signed by RM and Self
Performance Management:
• Facilitate and help the Business Manager to make them use the PMS effectively
• Successfully completed the thumb ruling for all Band 5, 4 & 3 employees across the Region
• Handling the employee queries on their Ratings and resolve it locally
• Conducted MDRs for Band 4 and 3 employees and received the CA nomination from Head HR - Agency on “Excellence” for completing it successfully
Grievance handling: Involved in employee grievance handling and dealing with Labor Court cases and sorting out the issues.
Responsibilities
o Induction - Designing the Induction program and conducting the same for new recruits at all levels
o Employee Relations - Handling all kinds of employee’s queries and complaints. Confirmation Appraisals of employees and feedback sessions with Managers to know the performance of the group. Keeping track of employee’s activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation. Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes if there is any.
o Compensation: Designing the salary structure for different positions in consultation with COO.
o HR Administration: - Maintenance and Weekly audit of HRMS, Personnel Records and Weekly Reports; Exit Interviews.
o Grievances Management: Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers.
o Recruitment - driving the team and looking after the whole recruitment cycle - recruited most senior profiles like VP, CTO, Engineering Managers and Architects
o Performance Appraisal - Facilitating the implementation of Increment, Incentive and other Remuneration Policies. Managing Appraisal process across levels; establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward Management
o Responsible for Exit process of employees
o Involved in providing fully managed solution that streamlines the operational aspects of human resources that include forecasting, recruiting, motivating and retention
