Site/Construction Management
•Planning, executing and organizing the project within timescale and budget and manage any delays or problems encountered on-site during a construction project.
•Responsible for the smooth and timely execution of the project.
•Ensuring close coordination with main contractors; monitoring their performance in view of the project schedule. Settling all techno-commercial disputes/addressing clarifications during execution of the project.
Techno-Commercial Functions/ Resource Management/ Deployment
•Overseeing the development of overall plot plan, equipment layout, piping material specifications, piping routing study, vessel nozzle orientation and platform details; preparing detail specifications for equipment purchases and to fully define project construction requirements
•Monitoring and controlling the resources loading within the allowed Estimated Budget.
Project Planning
•Evaluation of project and involve in project cost / benefit analysis and techno-commercial discussions.
•Preparation of Execution plans as per the specification and Guidelines.
•Generating and presenting proposals based on project deliverables, expected time span of completion, project tasks
