1. To provide comprehensive administrative support to the valuations team to ensure that all inspections are managed in the most professional and effective way possible. In doing so, ensure that Colliers has the best possible chance of maintaining current contracts and maximizing their potential business opportunities with their clients/prospects.
2. Research on current market conditions and provide base and evidence to support report preparation and determining a market value of the residential properties.
3. Provide assistance with preparation of proposals and reports, arranging appointments and any other information or assistance that the team may need.
4. Updating the MIS and submitting monthly/quarterly reports required by the management and RERA.
5. Keep track of report submission deadlines to Clients/banks.
6. Ensure Banks/Clients receive the final printed reports on time.
7. Maintain an accurate database of valuations.
8. Ensure that all relevant invoices are sent out at the required time and are correct and accurate.
Responsible for handling the entire post sales process of Booking, Allotment, Agreement and eventually Possession of the commercial office.
Dealing with external entities like Brokers, Bankers & Investors
Coordinate between all the functions within the organization to minimize the turnaround time
Handling customer inquiries and objections
Hands on experience working on ERP
Keeping abreast with all the Government rules & regulations
Possessing complete knowledge of the Legal formalities
Handling the most prestigious project ONEBKC and THE CAPITAL situated in Bandra Kurla Complex - Mumbai
Responding to client RFPs and legal due diligence
Updating the MIS and submitting monthly/quarterly reports required by the management
Looking after the Advertising and branding Campaigns all over Navi Mumbai and Thane.
Framing the Marketing Plan on a monthly basis
Review the marketing plan: Planning vs. execution vs. Output
Monitoring the Sales Activities
Designing sales Promotional Techniques and Implementation of the same.
