1. Responsible for Delivery of Database Services through 22 member team at Bank of Baroda site based on ITSM framework using ITIL guidelines. As part of ITIL practices, Availability Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Capacity Management processes are followed and procedures are defined accordingly

d. Troubleshooting using Oracle Trace, Hang Analysis, System State Dump, OS Watcher, tkprof extensively

1.Handled 2.8+ terra Bytes Oracle database for Core Banking system. 80 Oracle, 25 MS SQL Server & Sybase databases
2.Prepared comprehensive & effective plan for managing crisis during XP 12K storage failure in Nov 2006 due to environmental issues. The objective of the plan was to move all databases running from affected storage (XP 12K) to temporary storage (EVA 8000) to allow storage repairs possible without compromising the continuity of Business and shift back to original storage post repairs
3.MC/Service Guard cluster integration for Oracle databases and FINACLE (a core banking application from Infosys).
4.Installation and configuration of Oracle fail safe for Oracle databases on Microsoft Cluster.
5.Written shell scripts to automate Core Banking Report Server refresh process (A Daily activity)
6.Platform Migration of Core Banking database (1.5 Terra bytes) from PA-RISC to Itanium Architecture with virtually zero down time

Performed installations, configurations and cloning of Oracle applications 11i (ERP) on Redhat Linux for client V. S. Dempo & Co Pvt. Ltd, Panaji-Goa.

He had been deputed on web site development project (4 months) on Oracle application server 10g/Oracle Discoverer. for client Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This project involved Oracle Portal development, SSO and OID with MS Active Directory integration. The following are some highlights
• Installation, configuration and integration of Oracle Application Server 10g R1 on Windows 2003 server. Configuration of Discoverer/Portal/SSO/OID integration with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Designed intranet portal. This included Discoverer report, Portal pages and portlets development and publish it in portlets.
• SSO was implemented using Kerberos authentication
