• Coordinating Air, Sea, and Land Operations for Import / Export projects.
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.
• Planning and scheduling of all assigned pickups & deliveries and orchestrating deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Utilize the company's preferred vendor list and rates to best price and route customer shipments.
• Organize pickup & delivery of assigned shipments through effective communication with shipper & consignee.
• Improve customer satisfaction and ensure consistent enhancement for customer specifications levels.

• Handled Agency projects for oil trading clients and supervised STS operations.
• controlled Logistics projects by the Mersal 2 system for ship spares in Transit and procurement of ship spare parts.
• Led the Iso 9001 yearly quality project for Agency Operations documenting and filing process.
• Led the team for Managing and Supervising the operations of oil tankers and ship operations projects at Fujairah port.
• Arranged ship services and supplies such as maintenance, provision, and crew change and Managed supply boat fleet while liaising with all vessels.
• Handled bunker barges scheduling for bunker supply.
• Controlled ship spare logistics, warehousing, and customs entries for maintenance
