I worked for Parking Fine System Project in Dubai Municipality, my position was a senior J2EE Developer.
The aim of the project is to build a complete automated system for the Municipality of Dubai, using a mixture of platforms (.NET, Oracle Java, XML) to create a leading-edge technology solution for issuing Parking Fines and administrating Parking Fine related activities in the Emirate of Dubai.
The aim of this project is to make the process of issuing fines for the parking automatically using handheld devices, the data will be sent to the database using two ways; Online Gateways and Offline Gateways, which read the data from the XML Files sent from the handhelds and insert it into the data base.
The users can edit and Collect the Fines through the backend application; which is integrated with the Cash System that serves many systems in Dubai Municipality.
The Fines can be transferred to Police departments automatically using Flat Files and manually using papers.
This System is implemented since t 1-7-2005
I worked for the Property Taxes System for the Jordainan Ministry of Finance, my position was a Java Developer, Oracle Internet Application Server Deployment.
The application aims to establish an integrated and computerized property tax system for all the MOF financial centers, and the local councils
