Supervision for Architecture, Civil, Plumbing and Electrical works for all items in the projects, reviewing and approval for shop drawings and materials samples .
•Coordinate with the supervision colleagues as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement and engineering.
• Evaluate the work process and maintain the required quality .

•Manage and supervise subcontractors’ works to follow the project plan and the project time schedule.
• Supervision for architecture and civil works for all items in the projects, reviewing and approval for shop drawings and materials samples .

• Taking as built measurements from the site for check measurements as drawing as built.
•Making a drawing Architecture(Plans, Section, Elevation), Civil(put the Column), Electrical plan, Storm plan .
•Send the file final project to Municipal and Issuance Thermal insulation license, Electrictricity service conation (coordination certificate ) .
• Taking as built measurements from the site after plaster works to execute marble and granite plan identical to real whether (floor, inside or outside walls)
•Start making plans according to as built.
•Working on showing these drawing as similar as built using special programs, so that the client can see the final shape before execution.
•Calculating the marble and granite quantity and the final price offer for the client.
•Supervise the execution of all the contractual civil, architectural, structural, electro-mechanical, and interior works as per the design drawings.
•Coordinate with the supervision colleagues as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement and engineering.
•Ensure that all tasks are progressing smoothly and solves any problem obstructing the progress.
•Manage and apply all safety procedures on site.
•Coordinate and meet with consultants as needed.
