Supervise, Support, evaluate and resolve maintenance and facility extension Projects through several stages: Planning and Business Case Preparation, Design and Tendering, Techno-Commercial Evaluation and Onsite supervision in-coordination with other MEP services.
Engage in testing of Electrical systems and all related products for correct installation and operation within the facility services.
Validate and endorse of contractors invoices and claims.
Maintain all Specification and Standards of Jordanian MOGW "Ministry of General Work" and Jordanian
Electricity Company with all onsite works and products.
Schedule and Supervise all maintenance activities related to Electrical Assets; Service Turrets, Street
Lightings, Generators, UG Cables, Building Internal Lightings, Sockets, DBs and SMDBs.
Follow up all energy consumption patterns and resolve any abnormal behavior.
Engage in several development projects related to commercial and tourism purposes through Tendering,
Techno-Commercial Evaluation, and Onsite supervision stages.
Support, evaluate and resolve project on-site technical problems and in-coordination with other MEP services.
Engage in testing of Electrical systems and all related products for correct installation and operation within the project scope.
Ensure and maintain all safety aspects, quality control standards, and client specs and standards.
Supervise all sub-contractors works by ensure adherence to the drawings, specifications, and scope.
Ensure the implementation of the work schedule and monitor progress of the work through
daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect to project cost, schedule and scope.
Participate in preparing method statements, construction documents, and pre-commissioning manuals.
Review all related AFC shop drawings
Ensure and maintain the availability of all required approved material by monitoring the balanced
material at stores.
Validate and endorse of sub-contractors invoices and claims.
Manage client relations and expectations
Ensure client satisfaction with construction supervision services
Support to develop strategic plans and objectives related to the assets (33 KV, 11KV, 0.415 KV) and reviewing invoices, estimating costs and forecasting budgets.
DevelopandmaintainHSE, andmaintenanceplansandproceduresinaccordancewith agreedoperating plans and budgets.
Manage processes related to site audit and inspections.
Identify and recommend technical training and guidance to the maintenance activities.
Manage ongoing investigation and analysis of asset performance, identifying opportunities to reduce
downtime.
Manage routine O&M reports.
Manage outage and network maneuvering related processes.
Ensures the optimized operation of the network.
Develops the Maintenance Strategy for all components of the distribution substations and networks to
achieve a cost-effective balance between planned (preventative) and unplanned (breakdown) maintenance.
-Review, Follow, & Resolve any pending technical / administrative issues between different Departments of Asset Management Directorate.
- Technical & Admin Advisor for the AMD Director.
-Technical management team member & Project management team member.
-Directorate Capital Budget Coordinator.
-Directorate HSE Coordinator.
-Directorate Abu Dhabi Government Call Center coordinator.
-Prepare & Process Online Applications of Development Projects Award Request for the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
-Review & Quality check all Ratification Letters (related to the Capital Development projects) issued to Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
-Process & create Contract Requisite or Purchase Requisite through Maximo.
-Conduct Site Investigation for the reported damaged Assets.
-Use GIS, Geographic Information System, as viewer to locate targeted fixed assets.
-Supervise the shift electrician team to resolve any emergency power supply interruption by applying permanent/temporary solution to restore the power supply assuring a safe, secure & quality power supply.
-Isolate the fault equipment, identify & apply the temporary solution, report the case for corrective maintenance action.
-Study & analyze the load profile within the LV side to detect the overload cases.
-Report overload cases and reporting the case to the concerned with appropriate recommendation.
-Detect & report the illegal/incorrect House connections.
- Issue/Clear Permit to Work & Limited Access Permit Safety document to the concerned Maintenance teams.
-Asses, Evaluate, & report the condition of the existing LV Assets.
-Test & assess DC Harmonics in LV Networks as being supervisor of the in-house team.
