• Won the first CSR award for " Best practicing CSR company " awarded by United Nation Global Compact Pakistan (UNGCP)
• Established the PR department as a major sub department within marketing.
• Managed the strategy making and implementation of strategic interventions to ensure Ufone remains the key player in the minds of consumers and media personnel.
• Conceptualized capacity building activities and brand image building through the PR channel.

• Initiated and executed Plant a Tree, Paint a Class Room and Rahbar mentorship program for under privileged children in three major cities (Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi) in collaboration with TCF (The Citizen Foundation)
• Extended the Plant a Tree initiative to instill the importance of a health environment by planting trees with the students at IMCG F-7/4 College for girls.
• Initiated a program with LUMS & AIESEC to share and train the Ufone Volunteer Group about global environmental sustainability practices. The concept is to train the trainer to further extend this information within the society, corporations and families.
• Formed the Ufone Volunteer Group with the help of HR to actively participate in CSR activities across Pakistan.
• Established "Thalassaemia Center "for children in Vehari district in partnership with Plan Pakistan & DHQ Hospital Vehari.
• Worked in Partnership with Kidney Centre (Karachi) to create a unit sponsored by Ufone to provide state of the art free and affordable kidney treatment.
• Worked in partnership with SOS village: SOS Children's Villages of Pakistan is a private social welfare organization providing orphans and abandoned children a home.
• Pakistan Tum He To Ho. A nationalistic project to enhance the image of pakistan in the international arena on social media.
