•Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessment of credit proposals submitted by Wholesale Banking Division for Mid and large companies with revenues of AED +250M.
•Strong knowledge in financing international credits for companies / projects domiciled in Kazakhstan and in KSA.
•Experienced in handling Project Finance, Trade Finance and work-out credits with extensive knowledge in companies operating in various sectors like Retail & Wholesale trading, Manufacturing, Contracting, Real Estate, Services and GREs.
•Successfully negotiated credit structure with business unit and clients to ensure best serving of clients' financial needs without compromising bank's position.
•Made sure that credit note has highlighted all risks, provided mitigants and is finalized within the agreed TAT and SLA before presenting credit views in the Credit and Investment Committee.
•Conduct periodical accounts reviews to identify weaknesses and suggest appropriate strategies /remedy actions.
•Examine the adequacy financial spreading in Moody's and risk rating generated. Recommend upgrade/ downgrade to risk rating and provisions.

Acting as Team Leader with direct reporting to Head of Credit and my main duties were:
Assist Head -CRM in the daily functions of Credit Risk Management Department, deputize him during his absence and represent the department in meetings with higher management.
Secretary of the Investment & Credit Committee and Coordinator for the Credit Committee 1 & 2.

My duties were to underwrite credit proposals for Real Estate, SME's, Mid and large corporate. Write credit recommendations before escalating it for higher management's decision.
