Recruitment Management
• Successfully develop strong business relationship with most powerful and professional recruitment agencies (local & abroad). Conduct interview for candidates for senior positions. Monitor the Visa approvals’ expiration and ensure that all of them will be renewed on time in coordination with the P.R.Os.
• Efficiently monitor the arrival details of all new joiners and make follow up with the Recruitment officer & Personnel Officer regarding their airport pick up & accommodation arrangement. Change visa professions/nationalities in accordance to the manpower/recruitment requests.
• Effectively handle and track the status of all visa applied and the status of job offers sent to candidates through the recruitment officer. Utilize cost effective ways to attract good candidates.
• Ascertain a deadline and ensure that all positions will be filled up within a certain time limit.
• Regularly submit a weekly recruitment report for each company in order to advise the managers about the status of their requests. Monitor the recruitment agencies turnovers.
HR Systems and Processes

Payroll and Regulatory Compliance
• Efficiently process and finalize the monthly payroll for all companies. Ascertain that the company is in compliance with the WPS system. Arrange end of service/leave settlements and ensure that all employees will receive their salaries on time.
• Effectively arrange monthly site cost allocations reports for 4 companies (Contracting, carpentry, sweet house & interior designing). Arrange monthly absences/sick leave reports and take some decisions accordingly.
• Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Administer payroll, scrutinize monthly salary computations taking into consideration allowances, deductions, perquisites, leave salary credit etc. and approve salary sheets before disbursement of monthly compensation.
Personnel Services
• Monitor the vacation dates for all employees in the group in order to coordinate with the Officer - Personnel services regarding the status of their checklist and collaborate with the P.R.Os regarding the status of their exit permit/R.P cancellation/R.P Renewal.
• Regularly verify the metrash on a daily basis in order to monitor & track the new joiners, re-joiners & leavers.
• Provide the P.R.Os on a weekly basis with an updated list of drivers and coordinate with them regarding the status of the drivers’ licenses. Conduct & analyze exit interviews.
Insurance/Workmen Compensation
• Regularly send a monthly addition/deletion lists to the insurance company. Arrange the work accidents report and submit it on time through the ministry of labor & social affairs website.
• Monitor health cards expiration for all employees & ensure that all will be renewed on time in coordination with the P.R.Os.
HR Administration
• Manage the P.R.Os work and monitor their tasks for follow up and ensure that all will be finalized within a certain period of time. Monitor the expiration of all companies’ documents (Commercial registration, Computer Card, Commercial Record & Civil Defense) and ascertain that all will be renewed on time in coordination with the P.R.Os.
• Handle all municipalities’ issues for contracting company (Violations, Announcement License, completion certificates, etc.) in coordination with the P.R.Os. Prepare, update, recommend and execute human resource policies and procedures.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing Qatar labor law, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings.
Camps & Employees’ accommodations:
• Review the daily attendance reports received from camp boss and take action accordingly.
• Conduct periodic inspection for labor camps and ensure that every aspect is in compliance with the required standards at all time. Regularly arrange a weekly HR meeting in order to hear employee grievances and resolve them.
