- Develop the Supply Chain & Logistics department strategies and operational plans to support the company’s business plan, budgeting, sales forecasts, and production plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate existing processes and develop improvement plans to elevate operational efficiency & effectiveness.
- Forecast annual inventory demand and develop a supporting operational plan.
- Review monthly inventory reports and monitor inventory levels to achieve highest inventory availability.
- Generate quarterly inventory reports, compare forecasted vs actual inventory levels, and take necessary corrective actions to minimize deviations.
- Evaluate current stocks in terms of value & aging to ensure healthy stocks.
- Monitor the procurement & logistics operations to ensure policies & procedures are followed.
- Direct and coordinate the supply chain functions through strategy and resource optimization to maximize profitability.
- Review and evaluate supplier’s technical and commercial proposals.
- To enhance awareness of the global market trend and ensure materials are being purchased at the best price possible.
- Assess requests received from the sales force which will assist in decision making based on the global market situation and the demand historical data.
- Ensure departmental policies and procedures are effective to assist maximize competitiveness in the local market.
- Initiate a second stage of negotiation with the various suppliers to achieve better price/delivery/payment-terms and maximize profit margins.
- Continuously assess current suppliers to ensure the premium level of products quality and/or highest level of service.
- Explore the global market for new trusted/reputable suppliers for various products.
- Reduce expenses incurred on materials purchased to ensure lowest materials landed cost which will assist in accumulating higher margins and profitability.
- Monitor and assess the global logistics status to assist in planning for the availability of the materials and avoid falling short on inventory levels.
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of materials needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
- Review suppliers/service-providers invoices for accuracy and correctness before submitting to the Accounting & Finance team for processing.
- Report to suppliers any complaints raised by customers about defective products supplied and ensure that the supplier resolves the problem.
- Monitor and take corrective action in terms of inventory levels in response to the reporting of the warehouse team during random inventory checking throughout the year.
- Identify and report discrepancies and/or damages pertaining to received materials back to suppliers and reach an arrangement for adjustment of discrepancies and/or compensation for damages.
- Report and coordinate with insurance companies for claims pertaining to received materials.
- Generate purchase reports to monitor and assure timely receiving of purchased materials to meet customer’s needs and project deadlines.
- Lead the supply chain, logistics, and warehouse team in executing best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in terms of meeting the sales team requirements in a timely manner.
- Conduct yearly appraisals of the department’s team members.

- Provide hands-on leadership and strategic directions for the development and progress of the projects.
- Take an active part in business development by establishing solid base connections with new potential clients.
- Review, evaluate, and give recommendations on the execution plans of awarded projects.
- Review, evaluate and approve projects budgets.
- Review of budget reports and discuss with the business owner for approval or adjustments.
- Evaluate and approve subcontractors and/or service providers.
- Review existing KPIs and make necessary adjustments as required.

- Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts.
- Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan.
- Understand and influence the customer’s decision-making process and lead the customer to positive decisions on sales proposals and manage all customer engagements to a successful conclusion.
- Attend meetings with clients to qualify projects and opportunities.
- Research and identify new technologies available that offer business advancements.
- Provide written documentation (proposals) to support the recommendation and benefits of implementing new technology.
- Work with Sales Support Engineers on all technical issues.
- Conduct product demonstration/presentation.

- Identifies customers’ information systems requirements.
- Design or conduct analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or another research.
- Evaluates, monitors, or ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures.
- Develops information systems testing strategies, plans, or scenarios.
- Identifies standards or requirements for infrastructure configuration or change management.

- Manage the day-to-day Client Site IT operations team to provide continuous operational stability of the enterprise environment.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution and enforcement of the company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- Streamline business processes and systems for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain and operate all hardware and software under position responsibility.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of enterprise LAN/WAN.
- Work with all levels of staff and outside contractors.

- Develop, implement and manage IT solutions for the company, which involves facilitating discussions regarding current and anticipated services requirements and alternative approaches
- Review departmental requests for technology and generate recommendations, as appropriate, on alternative options
