Description: Founded in 2008, Telepaty is a Software house and IT services provider, it is also a dealer of electronic recharge vouchers for mobile and internet. VMS (viva management system): it is a Desktop application designed to manage back office data for all the web and mobile applications. Accounting system: it is designed to manage all the accounting activities for any type of business. The user of the application can manage chart of accounts, journal vouchers, payments, receipts, trial balance and account statements. It can work as a standalone application or as a module inside VMS. It is integrated with other modules where the user can post transactions from other applications to be represented as journal voucher inside the accounting system. Reporting: Viva Windows Terminal: it is a desktop application used by retails stores to sell mobile recharge vouchers and internet vouchers. Each store has credential to use the application where it can display the products(E-vouchers) grouped by category/provider to select the desired products and proceeds to completed the transaction until receiving and printing the purchased pins. His balance is updated to reflect his payments and purchases transactions. It is also providing many reports to explore transactions history and financial reports. Beirut Arab summit 2018: it is a desktop application developed for the community responsible of managing Beirut Arab Summit 2018 event, the application was developed to read, write and validate visitors’ info as well as car parking from a contactless card through RFID readers. POS: it is a desktop application to manage to be used by a cashier in restaurants, mini markets, it manages delivery and driver clearance, cash management and restaurant tables reservations. TFS and DEVOPS: as a member of software development team, I have to use those tools to collaborate with other team members to share the source code of the software projects and well scheduling and assigning the tasks taking into consideration tasks priority and all the full process of software development life cycle.

Description: Founded in 2012, AEMS- Advance Engineering & Management Services, SAL is a specialized dynamic company providing a wide range of professional services in the business of engineering & management services to public and private entities.
Through its organization of highly experienced engineers with an accumulated 142 years of experience in these fields and worked in different international utilities such as DEWA of Dubai in UAE, ADWEA of Abu Dhabi in UAE, and EDF of France in Lebanon.
As per the provisions of the Cooperation Agreement between National Electrical Utility Company SAL (NEU) and Advance Engineering and Management Services SAL in covering the project services of EDL-DSP3 for: Project Management, Network Survey Management, Plans & Programs, Investment Plan, Asset Management, Customer Service Management, Meter Reading and Bill Collection Management.
Responsibilities:
Worked as a team member in AEMS staff delegated to handle DSP project. NEU had started implementing new ERP system (JD Edwards) to replace a legacy available one prepared on Microsoft Access. The new system was not yet fully operating. The old system was in use to cover activities not covered in new system. I had to maintain the old system and supported the migration of data available on the old one by developing necessary tools by coordinating with JD Edwards Administrator.
Several modules were developed to run the project and provide additional functionalities not implemented in JDE system.
Bills collection and meter reading module: for planning and monitoring bills collection and meter reading activities in each division and to give notification for delayed emissions and KPI monitoring. It contains also QA/QC tool to monitor customer level consumption and whole division consumption based on previous records and installed capacity.
Customer management service module: for logging all customers applications logs, monitoring all completed and pending applications with details information of each case.
Network management module: contains network information for managing feeders (MV and LV) and MV/LV substations, to monitor real load measure in comparison to the capacity. Also for collecting data retrieved from AMI devices installed on M3 feeders and provide a lot of customized reports and calculate the peak load of each feeder for a chosen period. It also helps balancing load of the LV feeders (R-S-T) based on physical on site survey.
GIS Tools: GIS Customized QAQC tools were designed and developed to be used by Electric Network Designer. Those tools are developed by using Arc Objects SDK with .Net Framework 4.0 to automate repetitive tasks on Arc Map software.
Digital municipality system: AEMS Digital Municipality System combines Municipal information and location based information that helps decision makers to well benefit from GIS features.
By using the system, Municipalities can: Manage and control Municipal Infrastructure, Accurate organization & Urban Planning, Manage and Control Municipal Activities, Provide info of Parcels & Inhabitants (Finding Addresses & Places of Interest), Fast and Accurate Reporting, Prioritization Control of Municipal Projects, Environment Protection Planning.
