Import/Export Cargo Planning and on time delivery Management, supervision of Cargo forecasting & distribution services, Managing logistics personnel and logistics systems while directing daily operations.

Business Development: Take on key role in annual business plans, market analysis, Development of Project /Reefer & General Cargoes. Develop the new sales plan and implement on sales activities according to market demands. Ship Supervision: Supervise the vessel movement during vessel staying in Kuwait Sea and perform all custom formalities. More than 100 voyages of container vessels and more than 20 voyages of car carrier also some vessels of general cargo handled in Shuwiakh port. Taking care of all crew members and proceed with customs authorities for Kuwait entrance and departure and instruct to ship captain for next port schedule and whether. Managing labors working on vessel during loading and unloading. Communicate with stevedoring companies in order to cargo discharge in Kuwait. Prepare Terminal Departure Report in order to facilitate the respective users. Plan, Organize and monitor resources (people/equipment/time) to ensure a smooth and consistent vessel operation that satisfy internal and external users. 1. Agency Demurrage Controller
Monitor entry containers •Reporting to the principals •Follow up on Demurrage payments •Demurrage invoicing to consignees •Printing and faxing of statements •Authorize and raise credit notes •Handling of various demurrage queries with clients/principal/internal depts. •Liaising with staff and management •Resolve account queries when required

•Handle the entire process to remit turn in fees to Principal pull reports for the various depots and ascertain amount to pay •Resolve all queries found on the reports and check for duplications •Resolve all queries brought up by Principal.
•Forward all uncollected turn in fees to imports and follow up until collected •Authorized refunds of turn in fees- First to check if collected ad then if not permitted through to Also to confirm if damage free
Claims Handling :
Claim/Loss prevention: Controlling demurrage collection process & communicate with principals regarding discounts on large amounts. Communicating with personal lawyers for litigation of Over due Demurrage cases. Following prejudice Claims & Court cases with leagl Dep of Kuwait import cargo dry and reefer containers from consignees and insurance companies on the behalf of Line. Cargo/containers survey for inspection purpose. Communicate with Kuwait customs and Municipality in order to destruction of cargo. Taking care of damaged line containers and repairing procedure. Handling the demurrage claims, in court and communicating with principles; Solving and investigating customers long-standing or complex problems passed on by department personals. Developing customer's services standards, policies and procedures for the organization.
