Provides supervision on HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long -run development of HR functions and policies during an initial phase of Medical Insurance, Human Resources and Administration Management, Personnel, Employee Relations, Employee Services, Assist in managing range of activities related to HR, Admin.

To participate in the annual strategic planning process for the organization and to monitor & review the performance against the planned objectives in the quarterly Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance meetings.
Manage all human resources activities in a timely manner such as sourcing & selection, training & development, compensation, transfers, promotions, manpower planning, employee relations and other related issues to ensure smooth operations.
-acts as first point contact for employees for performance management and employee relationship issues.
2- Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a board range of employee issue, including general HR issue, policy, interpretation work condition, employee development, performance management and succession planning.

4- Supports resolution of employee relation issues and conduct investigation as necessary.
