Study and prepare technical proposal for new project and estimate cost

Manage all MEP procurement processes for the project
lead 6 engineers to achieve and finalize the following for electrical items:
Design review, Site technical support, Coordinate with the suppliers for material submittal and review before submit to the consultant and discussed / clarify with the consultant for all technical issues, Preparing the purchase order, Evaluating/negotiating field extra costs for the subcontractors, Prepares the supporting documentation for the claims defense case (if required) with data on actual productivity, performance and compliance with contract requirements, Coordinate with the engineers with initial design and shop drawings requirements & Cost control for the electrical items .
- lead three engineers and draftsman to achieve and finalize the following for electrical items:
• Design review for final design drawings received from the consultant and preparing notes/ comments.
• Site technical support for technical issues.
• Preparing the purchase order after finalize the technical and commercial comparison.
• Estimation for material and manpower cost for the new projects.
• Value engineering to save for material and time without any dereliction.
