• Train users in the proper use of Edara ERP Modules (Warehouse - sales - purchase - accounting)
• Complete Implementation projects of Edara ERP independently at clients and within EDRAK team
• Contact with development manager for customers' requirements (tasks - bugs) by Team Foundation Server
• Support for client's inquiries regarding our software operations to solve problems to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Documenting and maintaining entire steps in testing, implementing and installing Edara ERP (on-premises - cloud)
• Responsible for Networking Issues like setting up LAN/WAN connections and setting up daily backup for on-premise customers
• Participate in Accounting Advisory Services for customers and preparing Financial statements at the end of year
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
Processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Records purchases, maintains Stock items database
