Working as an assistant store manager to the sales team of IBS Sony branch that located
at Wadi Degla club. IBS Sony is a store that contain cellphone's
accessories and branded electronic devices. My role was managing and
handling the store through delegating the sales team to achieve their
assigned target. Moreover, I was responsible for organizing the time line
of employees as well as monitoring the sales and stocks of the store.
This job enhanced my management and leadership skills because of
leading a team to achieve a certain goal
This job is having an enormous scope because it teaches me
independence in terms of making a sales plan and implementing it. To
explain, i was working with a team of four members who are
responsible for putting the plan, deciding the target market, and
convincing this market to buy the new lines of Etisalat. Moreover. This
job teaches me co-ordination and spirit which are two important factors
of a successful sales man
Working as a sales man in Amer Group gave me such information about
the real estate of all porto in the north coast as i was working to
convince people to buy the product of the company. In addition, i was
able to communicate with different people from different societies
because the target market of Amer group company was greatly
significant; therefore, this job added a new exposure to my negotiation
skills.
