▪ Understand and adhere to the codes of ethics and laws of the Real Estate industry. Representing the company in Dubai Land Department and trustee offices and assisting in ownership issuance and transfer processes
▪ Coordinates and represents either buyers, sellers, Developers, Lenders or other stakeholders to ensure that all their interests in a property transfer and transaction are properly coordinated and well represented, protecting all parties involved ▪ Perform Registration Trustee and Oqood Land Department online system operations (submission, registration and termination)
▪ Land Department for registration of ready properties conditioned payment plan (lunching new registration procedure project)
▪ Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business
▪ liaising with our client’s solicitors to manage document progression, in order to make sure everything adheres to the deadlines.
▪ Advising and supporting customers, agents and other team members with sales transactions activity and maintaining data and reporting.
▪ Making sure the customers meet the shared ownership criteria.
▪ Helping the team devise and implement appropriate improvement plans, through team meetings and focus sessions
Handle walk in clients and ensure outstanding their satisfaction by liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively, execution and reporting the results to the relevant people
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Develop proposals to as per client requirements and follow up to ensure resolution
Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
▪ Operations Oracle system (Insert and Update clients’ details, payment plans and termination)
▪ Perform Oqood Land Department online system operations ( submission, registration and termination)
▪ To ensure reports are updated on a daily basis including updating (collection, refund, ……..)
▪ Manage property auctions or exchanges, Prepare necessary paperwork (contact, leases, deeds…..)
▪ Works as a competent member of the team,
Working in close coordination with the team members to ensure proper understanding off all technical requirements, define scope of work, provide project planning, generate required documents, and provide meetings support.
Responsible for Maintaining, updating customer service database and coordinating product orders.
Responsible for reviewing technical documentation and procedures.
Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and solutions applicable to company products.
Provide technical support, including new procedure programming, debugging, installation, configuration, upgrades, and
custom-built applications.
Responsible for installing software, modifying and repairing hardware and resolving technical issues.
Responsible for providing base level IT support to non-technical personnel within the organization.
Responsible for Identifying and solve technical issues with a variety of diagnostic tools.
