Working at Swan Lake El Gouna Project and responsible for:
• Review Contract Specifications and drawings and prepare a list of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPS).
• Review all projects specifications related to scope of work.
• Prepare relevant work activity ITPS and associated checklists.
• Follow up and Monitoring sequence of construction works according to relevant Method Statements.
• Administration of Daily Site Inspection to monitor work progress for compliance with Project specification, design and shop drawings.
• Maintain quality records specified by relevant Inspection test plans and correct document then ensure all original copies of records are handed over correctly to document controller.
• Perform materials receiving inspection and test to verify compliance with the requirements of specifications and the approved submittals and report noncompliance using the receiving inspection report.
• Control of Non-conforming product and follow up on actions for closure of NCRs.
• Receive and log all inspection requests and coordinate inspections and test activities with relevant Inspection Test Plan.
• Inspect the executed works at site against the project specifications and Quality standard.
• Inspect all delivered materials to ensure that they completely match the approved materials as well as the project specifications.
• Coordinate with the site and section Engineers to arrange daily inspection program.
• Participate in the preparation of the project Quality procedures, inspection and test plans according to the project Quality Plan.
• Check and ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the latest approved drawings.
• Prepare daily Inspection Report and submit it to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Diagnosing and evaluating of all existing structural buildings for maintenance and repair.
• Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs as well as planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate and monitor all disciplines of work related to any project, as management and supervision.
• management and control of contractors and consultant.
• Monitor the day progress of works & update the owner, insure the quality of work.
• Supervision of all maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and strengthening works.
• Respond to any complaints or defects from branches, farms, houses as well as head office.
• Coordination with the installation, and MEP departments.
• Supervising technical staff.
• Managing maintenance's budget.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Reporting directly to the structures maintenance manager.
• Execution and overseeing all finishing items works.
• Execution and supervision of repair and Strengthening works.
• Solving problems and providing technical advice.
• Follow up the quality control at site.
• Handing over all site works to the main contractor.
• Organize labors into teams each by their skills to get the best work quality and assign responsibilities and job description to the site Foreman.
• Responsibilities:
1.Execution of all structure activities of HILTON Tower building superstructures components from the ground floor to the 3rd floor including : steel reinforcement for 2 areas of post-tension slabs + one pour strip, three cores, ten shear walls, steel elements of composite columns from subcontractor Steel Tec, pre-stressed cables of post-tension slabs from subcontractor STRAND, form work including Doka crane climbing formwork, Acrow European Props, Acrow Shorebrace, and Acrow cuplock formwork system and repair works.
2.Execution of Steel reinforcement and form work for almost 60% sections of raft foundation, eight cores, 14 stairs till level +1.10 and the water tank.
3.Observed the process fixation of base shaft in raft and lifting the three tower cranes TC1, 2, 3 and execution of two girders connected with two secondary beams to carry 48 ton weight TC1 instead of the slab for every 3 levels of +9.90m.
4.Execution of design changes by the residential building owner, which included increasing the width of the Elevator Shaft of core no.4.
5.Leading a team formed of 2 foremans, 20 steel fixers, 45 carpenters and 10 workers.
• Duties:
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Daily management of all site works, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
• Technical adviser on site for subcontractors and operatives.
• Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client.
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, (MEP) departments, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Handing over all site works to the consultant.
• Responsibilities:
1.Execution and supervision of pile cap repair, pile surface preparation and works of PVC membrane waterproofing for almost 70% of "total piles, raft sections including more than 25 wells of dewatering and retaining walls partitions" from subcontractor EMAC.
2.Execution and supervision of geotechnical works of 50% of bored piles, anchors, base plug, diagonal and horizontal struts, walling beams, capping beam, dewatering and excavation from subcontractor BAUER.
3.Leading a team formed of 1 foreman, 5 masons, 15 workers.
• Duties:
• Enforce safety requirements and procedures.
• Study the submitted workshop drawings and samples of material for comments and approval.
• Coordination with my team, subcontractors, Consultant, Client representative.
• Coordination of (MEP) departments/Subcontractors and monitoring all running activities.
• Maintain quality standards & management system.
• Handing over the work to consultant.
• Complete required targets within budget and schedule.
