• Lead national efforts to strengthen supply chain systems through the
implementation and integration of Electronic Supply Management Information
System (ERP System) & eLMIS .
• Collaborate with the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH), National Medical Supplies
Fund (NMSF), and partners to ensure real-time, quality data reporting across
central, state, and facility levels.
• Design and execute capacity-building plans for eLMIS users, including training,
performance monitoring, and quarterly reporting.
• Serve as UNDP’s technical focal point in the National eLMIS Technical Working
Group, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and donor expectations.
