Cairo Metro Line 4 (Power station & Rectifier Station Control System).
* Engineering Work for 43 PLC Panels and 137 Remote RTU Panels.
1- Review and Study Single Line diagram and Specification to prepare IO List for integration with Switchgear and Protection Relays.
2- Build system network using Modbus protocol to read/write data and signals from and to Protection Relays & Remote IOs, and to read/write signals from SCADA.
3- Prepare System Control philosophy.
4- Prepare PLC Panels General Arrangement and Wiring diagram.
5- S7-1500 PLC Programming using Simatic manager and HMI Programming using TIA Portal.

4- Build redundant Modbus Network between PLC Panels and LCPs to DCS.
5- Lead the commissioning of the Automation System with the client.

* Workshop and Site Work.
1- Supervise on 4 PLC Control panels and 28 LCPs assembly.
2- Supervise on installation of PLC Panel and LCPs.
3- Supervise on Cables layout and termination for PLC Panels, LCPs and JBs
4- Active participation in meeting with main contractor and other Vendors.

2- PLC Panel General Arrangement and Wiring diagram.

4- SAMA Logic (Control System Logic).
5- Control Panel Load calculation.

7- PLC software (Simatic manager).

9- Prepare Factory acceptance test (FAT) document and attend it with the client.

1- Solve old system Communication problem between SCADA (Citect) and 3 PLCs S7300 and S7 400 using Simatic Net Software.
2- Add new workstation and work as a slave for Master Unit.

1- Participated in construction of the factory (Instrument installation and wiring).
2- Instrument calibration (Endress+Hauser).
3- Apply modification On Factory PLC and SCADA System by Adding New instruments and Screens (Trends Screen - Interlocks Screen - Documents Screen - All Factory Data in one Screen) Using Simatic manager and Wincc 7.0 Software.

1- Participated in soft start and safe shutdown of the steam turbine.
2- Apply modification on the old Turbine PLC Software (LG - MasterK 200S) using KGL
Software and HMI (XB50) using XB Builder Software.
3- Design a new Turbine PLC Software and SCADA system using (Simatic manager Software
And Wincc Comfort software)
