• Oversee and manage all Finance, HR and operation related functions;
• Oversee the processes of purchasing, maintenance and all office-related payments;
• Manage employees and internship recruitments, on-boarding and exit processes;
• Maintaining up to date employee benefits, implementation of HR policies and Operations manual;
• Manage the Cairo Operations budget and monthly payroll;
• Supervise accountant and produce regular financial reports;

Corporate:
• Corporate' database management;
• Plan and schedule programs training;
• Respond to corporate client requests;
• Writ corporate clients letter of agreements;
• Coordinate with corporate clients the registration phase and enrollments;
• Coordinate with corporate clients the closed and public programs schedules;
• Respond to corporate clients’ needs in terms of registration, placement test, enrolments, complaints, and any other inquiries;
• Initially respond to any complaints from POCs;
• Coordinate with the testing and CS departments the corporate clients TOEIC exams;
• Responsible for NBE placement test and course coordination in Cairo and Alex;
• Work on Industrial Modernization Center (IMC) deliverables;
• Send data of invoice report to corporate clients;
• Handling invoice-related matters with the corporate clients;
• Send weekly absence report to the corporate clients;
• Contact new and existing clients to promote them new training services;
• Refer problems that might appear to the Unit Senior Coordinator to resolve;
Public:
• Develop the workflow "3 achievements";
• Reference point with 4 internal departments;
• Oversee placement tests and students registration;
• Work on yearly schedule of new academic calendar;
• Work on programs' budget;
• Create public, closed and test prep classes on SRA;
• Assist in the selection process of AMIDEAST/ Egypt Training Unit Internship program;
• Oversee classes in terms of logistics and day-to-day operations;
• Oversee the attendance of the public and closed programs;
• Attend program related meetings;
• Assure that course deliverables “quizzes, exams, projects, …etc” are timely conducted;
• Filtering evaluation comments and share them with the concerned departments;
• Respond to call center, CS and finance inquiries;
• Prepare the end of course certificates for all clients;
• Work on the English programs monthly report that shows the enrollment status in public, Closed and private programs;
• Prepare any requested program update;
• Send end of course reports/or certificates to the corporate clients;
• Supervise Programs Assistants and specialists with regards to work performance; and deliverables, accountability, progress and functions tasks.
• Coordinate TPO exams with the testing and CS departments;
