Responsible for Programmes review, development, monitoring & maintenance, Delay Analysis. OPERATIONAL: Ensure
timely and seamless transfer of project performance information, to help Managements proactively, Responsible to
prepare, review for Level-1 to 4 Schedules for the projects, Responsible to Identify all Key Milestones and ensure
proper and accurate link. Responsible for resource forecasts for effective decision making to meet key business
goals. Integrate schedule requirements and constraints to establish work sequences for all disciplines or specialties.
Review and assess the work sequences with the developed and agreed project plan, Establish and implement
methods of determining activity schedules within the project team, develop quantity release and/or installation
curves, , Review schedule data - identify and acquire information needed to complete work logics to interface
between project team, Determines critical-path activities for project milestones, Identify significant supporting for all
milestones and identify and develop critical path for each project team and activities, Monitor schedule deviations
including subcontractor submittals; recommend corrective action/work-around any issues that may arise, Prepare
schedule commentary appearing in progress reports, Clarify activities that have a critical impact on the schedule;
prepare the critical items, action report, oversee all work being carried out by project teams and contractors to
ensure compliance with the specifications of the project and contract. Support project teams with an
understanding of the activities across more than one work stream in a program. Primavera P6 & advance planning
tools technical expertise. Demonstrate a clear level of planning control, governance and reporting with previous
experience to confirm their understanding and ability to deliver.
Reviews the commissioning plans and ensure its compliance with the approved construction schedule.
Participate with PMC staff in reviewing the Close out Reports.

□ Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work in a part
of major aviation projects/programs.
□ Performs preliminary engineering design and/or reviews the design and drafting work of
junior engineers, designers, or drafters.
□ Assists project/program managers in managing projects of a technical scope and assists in
preparing cost and man-hour estimates, job budgets and schedules.
□ Prepares or oversees the preparation of final plans and reports and submits them for approval.
□ Conducts or oversees personnel involved in engineering investigations and planning work.
□ Coordinates work with other engineers and professionals within and outside own discipline, and
with support services staff.
□ Plans, schedules, and conducts or coordinates aviation related services on projects.
□ May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
