Working with AVIC intl. Company as QA\QC (Quality Assurance\Quality Control) Manager, Deputy CWD (Civil Work Department) Manager, at Egypt for the Light Rail Transit Project, the LRT cover more than 90 kilometers and consist of 19 stations, 11 bridges, 2 tunnels, Badr Depot and stabling yard. connect the region’s upcoming Administrative Capital with other districts around Greater Cairo, such as Shorouk City, Obour City, Robikeay, 10th Ramadan City, Badr City, Future City, New Capital Stations. In addition, the railway system will have a connection to the Cairo Metro Line 3 (CML3) and High Speed Rail (HSR).

Job Responsibility:
• The daily management of designated sections on the sites, coordination work of internal and external if any.
• Responsible for supervising the designated subcontractors work on the sites to ensure all the sites are progressing as scheduled and that all the activities are following the technical requirements and client/consultant instructions.
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals and objectives. • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for project progress.
• Report project progress, risks and issues as per the predefined project governance. . Replying to letter Received from sub-contractors (SCs) or, Consultant (KAE), Employer (NAT).
• Gives proposals to the Sub-Contractor for the elaboration of smaller project solutions and project additions for the purpose of more rational and efficient construction, i.e. construction of individual parts of the facility or execution of works. • Preventing or eliminating the claims from the subcontractors and client. • Promotes open communication and collaboration between all parties to ensure that projects are completed with minimal disruptions and delays
• Coordination between National Authority for tunnels (NAT) Sections Heads regarding all the project updates
• Maintain supplier audits & internal audits to discover opportunities for improvement.
• The preparation of quality manual, project quality plan and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
• Regular quality reporting, driving the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) relevant for the respective project phases. In this way you provide an overview of the current project status and identify critical situations at an early stage.
• Coordinate between all interested for the updating technical issue
• Ensure effective implementation of ITP (inspection test plan) exists on the Site to control the relevant activity during execution and, if needed, get the ITP (inspection test plan) revised.
• Ensure that the NCR (non-conformance report) relevant closed out prior to covering up the work by subsequent activities.
• Ensure that all measuring and testing devices / equipment’s being used (when and where) required are calibrated periodically against certified standard equipment’s.
• Carry out audit / visit to the suppliers’ Ensure adequate QC (Quality Control) staff is available in QC (Quality Control) department to carry out their task effectively.
• Ensure latest approved documents implemented at the work point and all obsolete / superseded documents removed from the work point.
• Ensure that the work carried out on Site in compliance with the approved drawings, specification requirements and the quality management system.
