Managing all matters related to Accounts (Tax, Audit, statutory reporting).
➢ Development of Policies, Procedures & Workflow Processes (Income, liabilities,
Assets, Expenses) to improve work efficiency and eliminate non- value adding
activities, hence reducing costs.
➢ Monthly closing of the accounts on Oracle based ERP system \[AR, AP, Inventory
and GL\].
➢ Monthly management reporting and preparation of the annual financial
statements of the company in accordance with IFRS.
➢ Dealing with banks in all company financial matters including, Leasing, Term
financing, Running Financing, Advance payment guarantees, L/Cs, Fixed deposits
overdraft etc.…
➢ Supervising Monthly Closing of Cashbooks, Bank Books.
➢ Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain best prices and handling
the process from initiation till contract engagement.
➢ Liaising with the commercial department for passing contractors & suppliers bills
and timely payment of the same.
➢ Preparing projections and feasibilities for emerging business opportunities.
➢ Project head Atomization of Payroll system and Revenue system.
➢ Supervising of petty cash, salaries transfer through WPS (Wages Protection
System) and insurances processes.
➢ Supervising staff in preparing financial records, Journal entries, reports for
authorities.

Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense,
petty cash, accounts receivable, payroll related payables, loan and notes
receivables, deferred income accounts, etc.
➢ Perform the daily journal vouchers, accounts entry of asset, petty cash, receivables
as per the payment certificate.
➢ Bank payment voucher (cheques) printing.
➢ Scheduling of yearly inventory.
➢ Physical count sheet preparation.
➢ Preparation and processing of final settlement.

Managing bank accounts.
➢ Managing and recording projects transaction (Project accounting).
➢ Managing receivables and creditors accounts.
➢ Audits contracts, orders, expenses and vouchers, and prepares reports to
substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
➢ Closing of the year which includes the preparation of yearly reconciliations journal
vouchers.
➢ Establish, modify, document and coordinate implementation of accounting and
accounting control procedures.
➢ Preparation of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
➢ Devise and implement manual or computer-based system for general accounting.
➢ Direct and coordinate activities of other accountants and clerical workers
performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Prepare Project Quotations.
➢ Control Project material Inventory.
➢ Control all incoming site materials and cross-check against delivery note.
➢ Handling pretty cash of the project.
➢ Purchase site materials in coordination with Procurement Department.

Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management
information.
➢ Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
➢ Prepare analyses to provide accurate information to the management.
➢ Ensure personnel record is maintained, updated and accurate.
➢ Produce and follow up Attendance, Leave/Sickness, and appraisal reports.
