 Scope of this position includes departmental direction and full design, implementation, support, training, administration, and management authority for:
- Network & Telecom Services. - Servers Administration.
- Backup Strategy. - Help Desk Operations.
- Data Center Operations. - Business Applications.
- Company Website. - Data Security.
 Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget (CAPEX and OPEX), obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness.
 Supervise ICT staffs in accordance with company policies that include appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and career development.
 Plan and manage ICT related projects.
 Provide inputs as a senior member of the management team in developing the strategy and business plans for all divisions and departments of the company.
 Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to.
 Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
 Set up ICT policies and procedures in respect of all related areas.

 Manage the IT department and reporting to the Sr. IT Manager.
 Ensure IT department and system operations are managed effectively and efficiently.
 Leading Infrastructure projects team.
 Liaise with external Software and Hardware vendors.
 Managing and administrate the entire infrastructure that include Telecom and Network.
 Implement, review, plan and manage the IT policies, procedures and information security in line with IT direction prospective.
 Manage and control company software licenses.

 Leading the IT Technical team. (Support approx. 2000 staff).
 Manage and support the data center operations that include server’s administration, networks, Business applications and data security.
 Preparing the IT related policies and procedures.
 Administer the IT infrastructure and vendors, evaluate new technical developments in both Hardware and Software in view of aviation company plans and objectives and provide to IT management rational study of efficient, cost-effective and secure.
 Arranging an IT training courses for the company users.
 Liaising with the companies that comes under airport community, in matter of any IT related issues.
 Controlling the time attendance system which covers the 2000+ staff.
 Team member in all IT related projects.
