Established service provider scope for student housing within Zayed University.
Identified and established student housing operational process map in Zayed University.
• Supervising more than 45 Students in the housing facility, including security, staff and cleaners.
• Organizing events, trips and meetings for staff and students.
• Preparing all the Emirate IDs, residencies, in addition to opening new accounts for the
international students.
• Creating hiring materials and evaluation tools for professional staff.
• Supervising graduate students and professional staff members.
• Writing down the housing policies, regulations and procedures.
• Supervised, trained and evaluated 2 Resident Assistants
• Communicating with MOPA, Embassies and any third party that is linked with the students.
• Provided 24-hour duty coverage for crises interventions.
• Counseling students and providing support and encouragement.

• Assisted to finalizing the process of a lost passport for a foreign student.

Bachelor of Arts in International Studies Zayed University, Abu Dhabi
Bahrain University (finished 10 subjects) in Applied Science, I dropped the Studies there because it have not met my goals of participation and success.
