Main Duties:
- Prepare Business plans (forecast, budgeting, buying, etc........)
- Plan and execute marketing/sale initiatives.
- Review weekly and monthly market performance, P&L, KPI's, MS reports with management and retail team and suggest actions to maximize the business operations and works towards minimizing competitor’s activities.
- Improve & Maintain a pleasant work environment to create a strong loyalty bond to the Company while developing strong an efficient retail team.
- Maintain strong relations with the retailers and oversee the brand's location in the outlets.
- Manage, Observe & control the stock movement within both warehouses and outlets to maintain a healthy stock while setting the needed plans to exhaust any discontinued or overstocked items.
- Handling all order transactions with the brands.
- Arrange the necessary training for the sales team.
Also in charge of business development, communicating with prospective brands, preparing proposed business plans including price structures, marketing activities, purchases & sales forecasts, negotiating all terms involved..........etc
