Purchase Orders processing :
Creating pre-season demand plans and purchase orders according to monthly inventory with warehouse manager and sales team.
Responsible for all daily business correspondence duties starting from placing any new order from the supplier, ends with deliver it to the stores and matching it with store clerk.
Managing product life cycle from revision the shortage to deliver to warehouse.
following the production and arrange the authorizing of the original documents like CO, Euro1, and other custom clearance procedures related to custom house .

be aware monthly of freight value with many shipping lines with strong relation with many agents
Timely coordination with purchase department for Import documents and advice the best possible
managing suppliers and working with distribution to ensure smooth running of supply activities in stores
Perusing and negotiating with suppliers for supports and promotional deals and activities
Daily Logistics coordination activity
Order follow up
Follow document shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
Good knowledge of tariffs, insurance, custom clearance.
Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs. Also counsel agents how to reduce duties and taxes owed.
Other duties like track the location of the shipment. Follow preparing goods for shipment, using the best, most economical packaging. Transportation, warehousing, all job duty of the import-export specialist.
Negotiation of freight cost with transportation companies
Office management :
Organizing meetings and managing works files
Travel arrangement Booking transport and accommodation.
Dealing with daily correspondence.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
