External Role:
• Responsible for submission of quotation and tenders before its Closing
Date with all the documents required by the customer.
• Preparation of Letter of Warranty, Undertaking, Offer Validity Extension etc.
• Follow up with customer to know progress/status on the quotations and
Tenders.
• Ensuring accuracy of the customer LPO.
• Conduct liaison between Sales team and Supply Chain team.
• Preparing sales order confirmation in line with check list.
Internal Role:
• Monitoring of the full stock inventory, physically and on ERP.
• Processes for receiving, storing, picking and fulfilment of items in warehouse.
• Ensuing Bid-bond, Performance -bond etc. are arranged as per the
requirements of the customer
• Develop and search for new business leads not limited to tenders and
inquires advertised on website & newspapers.
• Maintaining on day to day basis a sales log for Quotations, Tenders, order
received/lost orders, Reasons for lost orders, inquiries not materialized.
• Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as
and when needed to meet company/department goals.

•Identify customers’ requirements
•Coordinate with the cost estimate department in regard to customer
request for quotation
•Clarification of project issues with the customer through an interactive
questionnaire (sales questions, study, quality, purchasing, logistics) by
scheduling conferences calls.
•Verification of the costing/bidding files and approval of the proposals
before customer submission
•Coordinate with customers and engineering team to assess the needed
equipment and to evaluate the customer requirements
•Proposing to customers cost saving solutions related to the proposed
project (raw materials, processes…)
•Work with research and development (R&D) departments to identify and
develop new products.
•Negotiate proposals with customers to finalize.
•Approval of internal work orders
•Creation of new management procedures within the company for better
customer service.
•Company focal point for all customers RFQ.
•Review of customer’s data (drawing, technical specification…)
•Project Feasibility assessment from the RFQ phase to finalization, on behalf
of cars manufacturers (VW, Seat, Porsche, Skoda, Audi, PSA, Renault, Fiat...).
•Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and proposing alternative materials.
•Preparation of time calculation sheet according to Works Standard Data.
•Estimate the manpower and tools required for the wire harness fabrication,
along with the design of the cabling unit.
•Production scenarios planning and preparation of assembly Unit
•Preparation of assembly units in coordination with the production team,
quality and process (procedures, visual aids).
•Startup of the prototype phase.
•Startup of the production line and follow up its different phases.
