 Make sure that work is going on as per method of statement, drawing and specification.
 Monitoring on going activities and check the Quality of work .If not Issue the NCR form to Site engineer as well as Construction manager and ask them rectify the work and reply to NCR.
 Get the RFI form from site engineer and check and visit the site before start next activities in each and every stage.
 Submit all RFI form to Client QC Engineer and call them for final checking.
 Maintain time duration while pouring concrete & Check the Climate before pour the Concrete and check the Concrete Temperature also

 Ensure that Communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the Contractors or Sub-Contractor’s Representatives.
 Assist in the quality and safety audit.
 Identify and highlight possible risk on project.
 Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.
 Monitor evaluates and ensures that all work is being carried out safely.
 Review and comment on project contractor’s method statement and risk assessment.
 Ensure that the main contractor’s HSE plan is being implemented and report all non
Conformance to the HSE manager

 Witness Concrete tests in lab and also in the site.
 Preparation of QA/QC inspection activities as per standards.
 Engaged in various QA/QC documentation activities for auditing.
 Preparation of Quantities for various civil structures and preparation bar bending schedule as per approved drawings.
 Make the Curing time table for finished concrete and monitoring Curing Date and Time
 Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager
