Selecting the prospective candidates as per the requirement of the employer.
Salary negotiations.

Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to analyze candidate's qualifications for determining their suitability to match the business requirement, understanding their competencies, interest towards the job, applicant's technical skills & making them understand their roles & responsibilities.
Arranging technical interview as per client's direction & candidate's availability.
Interaction with the HR/Hiring Managers.
Maintaining a comprehensive database of all professionals with various skill sets.
Business Development
Development of new and existing client base
Develop and prepare presentations for prospective clients.
Follow up regular meetings with both active and prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze current market conditions for clients.
Employee Engagement
Conducting various activities such as Star of the month, Birthday parties, Festival Celebration Arrangements, Weekend Events etc.
