- Handling all matters related to Petty Cash
- Working with our India Team regarding all subjects related to Accounts payable, Petty Cash,
Monthly and Annually Reports.
- Receive and document individual invoices
- Post invoices into SAP Application.
- Prepare all accounts payable related transfer checks.
- Match invoices with purchase orders, where applicable, purchase order requisitions, where applicable, and evidence of receipt of goods or services.
- Balance and maintain all accounts payable reports.
- Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation
- Answer inquiries from District employees and outside vendors regarding accounts payable and related matters.
- Supervise tagging of fixed assets.
- Perform such other duties as assigned by the Finance Director.
- Work with KPMG & PWC in all audit reports.
- Managing and preparing all the analysis and documents related to any Tax inspection.
- Prepare WTH Form 41 on Quarterly basis.
- Prepare foreign services Tax form.
- Dealing and following up with our corporate Bank about payments sent and received.

1- Handling the commercial income tax inspection for our companies.have the responsibility of prepare and analyze Assets, WIP, Expenses accounts, all income statement accounts and balance sheet accounts.
2- Taking over the responsibility of Sales tax return/ Preparing the monthly General journal which agreed with the tax authority requirements.
3-Preparing the Withholding tax return
4- Taking over the responsibility for KFET/CEI goods destruction
5- Prepared stamp tax certificates (Advertising - Gas) on monthly basis.
6- prepared the foreign services tax on monthly bases

i did coordinate the items details and make it ready to be sold at all the stores

- I have audited and prepared the financial statement of:

" Ormet Contracting and Trading
" Metco contracting and Trading
" SM Pharma
- I Prepared Trail Balance, Income statement, cash flow for a lot of companies.
