Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand patterns to facilitate accurate production planning and avoid stockouts or excess inventory;

Establish specifications, tenders, RFQ, RFI, follow-up of KPI needs of the department.
Manage a logistics workforce of 40 people.
Train every new resource in logistics techniques, purchasing, procurement, inventory management, workplace safety, etc.
Achievements:
Set up the 1st central technical warehouse for network deployment - more than 5000 m² and approximately 7K items - as well as the other warehouses.
Savings of €800K in storage and inventory management costs during 2017, 2018 & 2019.
Set up and validate Orange Tunisias first WMS (pilot project for the MEOA region).
Bring OTD results to 100%.
Move from 6K transactions per year in 2016 to more than 20K in 2019.
Bring stockout rates and pending delivery order rates to 0 in 2017, 2018 & 2019.
Reduce customer and supplier complaints in 2018 & 2019 to “0 complaint”.

Active participation in project monitoring and scheduling of stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, Infrastructure, Subcontractors, etc.) on all network upgrades.

Planning of 6, 387 night operations & 17, 218 daytime interventions on the Mobile network in 2010.
Provide access to 18, 988 stakeholders on all telecom sites throughout the national territory and monitor their interventions with technicians.

Mission :
Manage all spare parts warehouses for Telecom stations: BTS, BSS, MSC, etc.
Ensure monitoring & reporting of the various stages (Reception, Storage, Movement, Shipping, etc.).
Assist in receiving and transferring parts delivered by the supplier to the appropriate warehouse.
Perform quarterly inventories of all technical equipment located in the various warehouses.

Achievements:
Implement the necessary actions to ensure deliveries comply with needs.
Set up 2 Spare warehouses in 2008 in the north and 3 in 2009 in the center of the territory.
Maintain an inventory discrepancy of 0.005%.
