Work with an HR team on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures to meet organization goals.

Manage the recruitment process including (Preparing and posting job ads, CV screening, preparing a short list, scheduling interviews and conducting initial interviews).
Design, plan, organize, and direct orientation programs for new-employees.
Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
Manage payroll function including (Maintaining payroll information, calculation, entering of data and preparing payroll sheets).
Respond to the inquiries, complaints and suggestions of all employees in the area of responsibility.
Responsible for managing day to day operations employee relations, compensation and progression issues for operations.
Assist to establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals.
Assist with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development programs.
