- Formulates Pricing Policy based on overall Company Strategy
- Setting business objective& strategies (long and short-term strategy plan) to achieve profitable growth in a highly competitive market place
- Keeps abreast of worldwide Petroleum Products' prices to provide advice on purchase contracts with Main Supplier.
- Monitors Competitors' Pricing and their Marketing strategies and recommends suitable Pricing advice to Management.
- Reviews tender quotations
- Carries out Financial / Feasibility Studies for new projects (Filling Stations, Market Segment profitability etc.)
- Prepare weekly Oil market review, showing crude and refined products inventories which is largely affecting the international oil prices (based on data released by US Energy Information Administration EIA)
- Prepares Monthly Presentations covering Actual Sales Performance against Balanced Score Card Figures, Region wise and by business lines & Segment.
- Monitoring Main product profitability per Gallon on monthly basis and advice the proper action to management to be aligned with approved target per Gallon.
- Doing weekly Market intelligent activities by monitoring competition's Pricing, deals and developing trade strategy, this is to maintain highest level of products profitability & volumes.
- Prepare annual Budget (Sales volumes / Revenue / COS/ Operating expenses & Net Profit), for the next years using historical data and considering Major factors that influence the market.
- Monitor unit profitability (Gallons) to balance between targeted market share and maintaining the budgeted product profit (per unit IG).
- Actively participate on preparing annual Marketing Plan.
- Measuring Pricing Risk Exposure using technical analysis and preparing a contingency plan for reducing price risk.
- Using technical analysis tools (MACD, Slow stochastic, RSI, MA…etc) to forecast future price trend based on historical data.
- Opening new markets, and dealing with overseas Agents/Distributors.
- Explore & determine the opportunity in the international potential markets.
- Participating in international tenders and finalizing quotations based on the current and forecasted international prices of raw material.
- Promoting products in the International Markets.
- Conducting a market research in the target markets, to decide how to launch new product/brands, by collecting information about the players on the market (Price / deals /promotion / packing)
- Conduct a research study about the consumer behavior and culture in the
targeted markets.
- Dealing with Officials on Government Authorities in the target markets.
- Participating in the international Fairs and Exhibition to promote our products
- Appointing Dealer (Agent) in target market based on high standard criteria approved by Board of Director.
- Setting up the Distribution Chanel in the new emerging markets and follow up with dealer to ensure its efficiency. (the Distribution Channel are different from market to market)
- Supporting the Distributor/Agent to set and execute their Marketing Plan.
- Regular meeting with Marketing Director to prepare a proper advertising tools (product catalogue, shelf taker, leaflets, …etc) as its different from country to country.
- Looking for new protocols, and Trade Agreements between countries to benefit from promoting export to these countries (COMESA agreement, EU Protocol)
- Preparing shipping documents and dealing with carriers.(Maersk/APL/Evergreen..etc)
- Setting annual shipping schedule and coordinating with production Manager to prepare their production plan accordingly.
- Meeting regularly with Production Manager to ensure the product specifications and packing for each country.
- Prepare annual Budget in terms of Sales volumes & Revenues.
- Supervise a sales team whom responsible to sell & distribute Readymade Software and customized applications.
- Coordinates with Programming Dept for tailoring application according to customer's requirements and needs.
- Prepare Sales Calls plan for Sales team.
- Preparing a Track record for successful sales calls.
- Prepare 80/20 report and Gain/Lost customers and analyze it.
- Prepare a sales Budget and set target for each sales staff.
- Operating Designer software for cutting machines.
- Tailor made application as per management requirements.
- Creating Database for Factory products, staff, customers, suppliers.
- Prepare financial reports for accounting purpose.
- Prepare a various computer generated reports as per management needs for each department (HR / Sales / Purchasing / Admin).
- Responsible for Selling and delivering Personal computers.
