• Sales performance analysis on monthly basis, Actual vs Budget.
• Assist in Annual Budget & Reforecasting.
• Prepare lease models.
• Create Monthly reports: amortization, capex, accrual tracking, and prepaid expense.
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Ensure monthly end closing for subsidiaries
• Make Journal entries for all subsidiaries
• Assist in preparing financial statement
• assist in maintaining high quality financial reporting
• assist in cash management and cashflow forecasting
• prepare audit requirements and adjustments
• AP process & supplier RECO
• AP & GL monthly reconciliation.
• Intercompany Clearing account monthly analysis.
• Monthly closing for UAE market
• AP process for Invoices, foreign shipments
• Review and follow up on temporary custody.
• Delivering and receiving payment requests from the Treasury team and recording payment, and archiving.
• Monthly report for HHP Clearance expenses.
• Review customs payments and vendor situation
• Intercompany accounts analysis
• Assist in the monthly closing
