1- Lead store teams to achieve their sales targets shrinkage targets & control operational costs in order to meet the Business Plan.
2- Maximize the potential of Store Management & Employees through performance management, coaching, & identifying development opportunities to ensure all stores are staffed correctly including succession planning & ongoing monitoring of manpower planning.
3- Champion the brand in stores & create a two-way feedback loop with the brand teams to enhance business performance, including recommendations for promotion or mark down.

5- Deliver on or above target goals for food and labor cost while aligned with company's customer service standards, conduct weekly inventory and identify deviation and set action plan, analyze store P&L and General ledger and Raise queries.
6- Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures and safety and security guidelines.
7- Motivate store team through effective performance management, timely performance feedback and written reviews, clear goal settings and taking the corrective action when appropriate. Deliver high quality orientation and training for all new team members.
8- Responsible for leading and coaching store team to create emotional connection and customer delight with every interaction.

5- Ensure the smooth preparation of the Restaurant, mise-en-place and table set-ups as per the Standard.
6- Continuously collect feedback from guests and report it back to the Management.
7- Work in close cooperation with the catering as well as the Cashiers to ensure a smooth-running operation.
8- Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the Restaurant and Retail Department.
