• Finalizing the invoices of the 3PLs to be confirmed by the Head of 3PL.
• A Part of the expansion team to deliver shipments to all of Egypt and provide training to the New 3PLs
• Following up on the Delivery Application usage to meet the customer experience in terms of Delivery.
• Software Support for Upland software product.
• Identifying the Issue with regards to the in terms of the application and the integration platforms with client and resolve it.
• Installing the application through the IIS as well as SQL server and through the installation wizard of the product.
• Part of the NOC team, monitoring and executing level 1 action plans to resolve the causes of the alerts.
• Answer Customer’s calls and inquires, through emails, tickets and phone calls.
Identifying hardware problems IBM (x86) Server, Blade centers & FLEX machines owned by Lenovo.
Through DSA logs, IMM SD, AMM SD & CMM SD I can Identify the servers' hardware problems, connectivity & compatibility issue and resolve it remotely.
