Overview Participated with professional service team to support EDW upgrade to online mode,
redesign the logical and physical models of EDW, implementing ETL and BI projects

Capturing customer data in this project facilitates branch users and internet customers to
open customer account. Tow modules were provided to the bank for both scenarios. The
Branch version was internally published while customer pre-registration version is
published on the internet for Bank \[bank link\] and for Investment \[investment link\].
Branch approval is mandatory process after filling customer data by either module.
Developed Project 7. Billing Reconciliation Management Back-Office - SADAD

Overview NBK branch in Saudi Arabia is complying the global billing platform “SADAD” to enable
his customer to pay bills online. The Back-office system is providing administration and
management control for the biller definition, bill payment tracking and reconciliation.

the program establishment and defining its subprograms and projects.
