•Assist in building web traffic & sales using various online and offline marketing methods
•In cooperation with Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing team, execute and develop the annual schedule of web marketing initiatives
•Manage the physical web-store, stocks min-max, sales order processing, follow-ups and returns
•Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management)
•Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
•Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website
•Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement
•Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
•Track & report competitor activity both online and offline that may impact our website
