• Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:
• - Sales Achievements vs. Targets
• - Sales by Category/Brand per unit
• - Team Performance Records
• - Customers Information
• - Competition information
• Develop and manage long-term efective business relationship with customers
• To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team.
• Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals.
• Create and implement a Trade Area Regional Plan with all relevant POS and evaluate/track performance/KPI of POS.
• Validate and enriched demonstration plan for Area in close cooperation with Field Operation Manager.
• Evaluate Key POS performance on a monthly bases with all required stakeholders.
• Manage all demonstration goods in POS based on performance and guidelines.
• Evaluate and support demonstration agents in close cooperation with Field Operation Manager.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with all POS in Area and perform visits according to the visit frequently guideline.
• Execute the agreed upon business plan with the distributor and managing the business plan and investments required to achieve it
• Quarter and annual sales plans and forecast.
• Drive the distributor performance against plan and recommend measures as required to achieve or surpass ICP.
• Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks.
• efective implementation of channel and sales plans.
• Drive ICP sales/volumes/value and actual internal growth targets for their region through efective execution of plans.
• Stay current in market trends and techniques.
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
• Worked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service

• Follow up on all products and services provided by the company on a regular basis.
• Promoting and marketing the company's products and services and convincing customers of them
• Achieving monthly targets according to the team sales plans and forecast.
• Focus sales efforts on studying the current and future size of agents.
• Suggesting the necessary modifications to products and developing sales processes
• Market survey and competitor’s products and selling behaviors.
• Adding new customers
• Establishing policies and all conditions necessary to complete purchases.
• Follow up on the arrival of items and ensure that they conform to the specifications written in the purchase order in coordination with the warehouses and the ordering party.
• To undertake other tasks as direct in support of the service organization.
• Follow up with the warehouse department regarding issuing entry vouchers for received materials and working to pay suppliers’ invoices in a timely manner.
• Preparing periodic reports on the company’s purchases.
• Supply follow-up on late orders.
• Establishing policies and all conditions necessary to complete purchases.
• Follow up on the arrival of items and ensure that they conform to the specifications written in the purchase order in coordination with the warehouses and the ordering party.
• To undertake other tasks as direct in support of the service organization.
• Follow up with the warehouse department regarding issuing entry vouchers for received materials and working to pay suppliers’ invoices in a timely manner.
