* Ensure efficient management of 70 Villas by overseeing and administering concrete processes, finishing, and
MEP execution. Generate performance and productivity reports in order to assess and fulfil construction process
requirements. Liaise and co-operate with supplier and sub-Contractor to drive continuous process
improvements. Deploy Inspection Test plan for performance optimisation. Analyse survey reports, maps,
drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects. Monitor DLP
(Defects Liability Period) status on monthly basis and recommend any corrective measures.

• Spearheaded end-to-end utility gallery tasks such as installing District Cooling Pipe 750 mm GRP jacketing with
28000 Lm. Coordinated overall welding and flushing, Generated HSE daily reporting (Hot work, Confined
space, ...).

• Carried out various infrastructure duties on multiple projects, including sewer network with 29000 Lm, storm
network with 15000 Lm with installation 480 precast sewer manholes, potable network with 30000 Lm with
valves, and irrigation network with 25000 Lm with valves. Carried out underground construction work. Created
two irrigation tanks with 48000 m^3 capacity, 18 manholes with (12m) deep/ (61 m^3) for each, catch basins for
storm drainage networks.
- Oversaw underground work on multiple projects such as four water tanks with 140000 m^3 capacity
including mechanical work.

• Administered and supervised two Full Sewer Treatment planet (STP) Construction with Design Building and
Underground Tankers. Ensured effective construction of all concrete work step by step from excavation.
Designed and created boundary wall and gates as well as landscape with asphalt labour for STP. Reviewed
and interpreted discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct
technical execution. Monitored discipline construction schedules and assists in progress appraisal.
