Performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the
following:
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior
management.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences
the activities needed to successfully complete the project

 Responsibilities include leading the design, proposals, and
engineering team in the headquarters office and reporting to
 the Company Executive Manager and Water Technology Center
 Manager.
 Take all necessary steps to design the membrane system.
 Prepare conceptual engineering designs.
 Prepare process design, preliminary drawings, and cost
 estimates based on the specifications presented by the Sales
 Department.
 Approve or delegate design modifications as appropriate.
 Work very closely with the AutoCAD draughtsman to enable him

 Responsibilities start from the site inspection and go through
supervising site preparations to receive the equipment and raw
materials until the plant startup and commissioning.
 Supervise all electromechanical installation works for all trains
including offshore intake seawater, pretreatment multi-media
 filters, feed pumps, energy recovery system, RO skids, high pressure
pumps, and all chemical dosing sets of pre/posttreatment.
 Follow up on the subcontractor’s scope of work and coordinate
the site works plan.
 Supervise operation and works of the plant after startup and
keep it under the design condition.
 Periodical reports of the preparation of all major activities and
operation conditions of the plant to the president and vice
president for technical affairs.
 Acting as company representative to the SWCC (Saline Water
 Conversion Corporation).
 Expanding the capacity of the KAPP by installing, startup, and

 Supervise a crew of twenty employees to operate and maintain
a 5, 000 m3/d seawater desalination plant consisting of several
RO units with different energy recovery systems technologies.
 Leading a crew of ten employees to install electromechanical
works of 1000 m3/d SWRO plant at Sahl Hashiesh Resort.
 Adjusting the operation parameters to maintain product rate
and quality.
 Follow-up of the plant performance and recording of the daily
performance parameters "productivity, salt rejection, streams
pressures, %recovery…etc.
 Periodical reports preparation.

Orfi Group, Express for Manufacturing, Alexandria, Egypt.

Site Manager :
 Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of
Irrigation net, pipeline design, and High qualifications in a deep
well, pumps installation.
 Supervision of Drilling 30 deep wells, with pumps installation as
a feed to irrigation system for 13 km2 agricultural lands, SIWA
Oasis.


Red Sea Cheif Engineer:
 Responsibilities include all installation, maintenance, and
operation duties in this area are carried out through the team I
head.
 Assist in developing and maintaining the adequate procedures of
care, control, and safe operation and maintenance of the plant.
 Command of all site management activities.
 Supervision of optimum plant performance (Activities rate,
quality, equipment performance, personnel performance, safety
considerations, and organization of the work shifts.
 Supervision of training and evaluation of, train and evaluate an
effective workforce, and delegate and monitor work activities
for safe and efficient plant operation.
 Responsible for the management of all plant inventory,
chemicals stocks, and spare parts.
 Responsible for carrying on all required in-house maintenance.
 Managing the expenditures and operations of the capital budget
as well as all other financial formalities assigned to site works.
 Prepare the monthly water sales register and invoicing.
 Prepare the daily frequency of data logging on production, and
water quality in line with the customer requirements.
 Leading a crew of 10 employees to maintain and operate three
 RO units (1000, 500, 350 m3/day) in Sharm El-Sheikh city.
 Leading a crew of 20 employees to maintain and operate 5000
m3/d RO units in Newieba city.
 Leading a crew of 10 employees to install RO plants (300, 500,
