Manage one or more cross functional projects of medium to high complexity while ensuring
compliance to the ICT standard project management methodology, processes & tools ensuring
business value delivery
• Prepare official Tender documents like RFI, RFQ and RFP documents including scope of
work, budget estimates and timelines along with standard corporate rules and regulations
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet
organization expectation
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources
to meet the needs of organization ensuring successful delivery from inception to service
transition including organization change management and business benefits/value delivery
• Facilitate/Support Post Implementation review by business
• Professionally manage the vendor / implementation partner’s team members to successfully
deliver the project.
• Regular plan & schedule monitoring of the project and reconcile with the baseline plan.
• Maintain risks & issues log and follow-up on the closure actions.
• Drive the project closure activities effectively including financials.
Developing and Designing local portal Intranet with Joomla (CMS)
• Working with Database Administrators for all systems backup in the environment
Coordination with vendors in implementing and delivering new systems like learning
management
• system and supply chain management.
Responsible for install and deploy Oracle Data Bases (9i-10g-11g) on servers and Oracle
clients
• Schedule Backup and recovery for multiple client’s databases
• Create database schemas and create tables, functions, procedures and triggers
• Troubleshooting the problems and errors on client’s side
• Participate in Developing Customizing and Modifying Forms, Reports and Database Tables
for many clients.
